Refund Policy

Paid access for Many Barcodes and Barcode Labels is being prepared for launch. This page explains the intended refund policy once paid digital access is live.

Current launch state

Public pricing may be visible before checkout is fully enabled. Until paid access is actually live, no pricing shown on the site creates a completed purchase or billing relationship by itself.

Digital access products

Once paid access is enabled, the 24-Hour Pass and Pro Monthly plan will be digital access products. Because they are digital and time-based, refunds will generally be considered only in limited cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or material technical issues that prevented access.

24-Hour Pass

If the 24-Hour Pass becomes live and you are charged but cannot access the paid workflow due to a confirmed technical problem on our side, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the issue in good faith.

Pro Monthly

If Pro Monthly becomes live, you will be able to cancel future renewals. Refunds for completed billing periods will generally not be offered once digital access has been activated and used, except where required by law or where there was a clear billing or service failure.
